What's with the censored files? Should I uncheck those or do I need to download them to run it?

VNDB: https://vndb.org/v29909 The game comes censored by default, a separate free DLC is required to uncensor it which is already included, not downloading the censored files might break the game so I don't recommend it. This uploader never replies to any questions or comments.
