This is really old good game from (戯画) GIGA

Tested and confirmed. This game working fine on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 64bits Japanese.

Btw, When you first launch the game, a popup will ask if you want to enable auto-updates

Press はい (Yes) to enable auto-updates.
Press いいえ (No) to disable auto-updates.

By the way, the game already has the latest updates, and you may know that Giga shut down in 2023.

So, choose what you prefer. :/
