anyone have a problem where save thumbnail is just black? it still load perfectly fine it just the thumbnail is missing

edit: i fixed the black screen problem by overriding high-dpi scaling, a demerit of having a 4K display

@colonel30 I have a 4k display and I don’t have that issue at all.
@BlinkA1 Nothing wrong with buying it from Steam.
The only issue I have with the Steam version which I bought is exit (as in closing the game) doesn’t work if the confirmation option for it is disabled, I don’t know how they missed this kind of bug.

This might be nothing, but Bitdefender blocked an attempt from this game’s EXE to access the website https://visualnovel.games/
I’ve never heard of that website before and can’t find any hits at all for it on Google other than that very URL, which seems kinda odd.
I’ve seen various security suites falsely flag EXEs as viruses, keyloggers and whatnot, but this is the first time I’ve gotten a notification about an EXE trying to open a URL in the background while a game is running seemingly normally.

My guess is that this is still just some sort of false flag, but I figure I’ll mention it here in case anyone wants to be cautious.

@SeraphiNyaa I have a legit copy through Steam and Windows Defender never went off with it, it is possible this illegal copy of it is not safe, girlcelly is always adding files to the root folder that normally doesn’t come with the game and Nyaa really should make a rule to make it so uploaders can’t do that.
@Alcuseltzer Keep that to yourself, people can support NekoNyanSoft if they want to, you have no right to tell anyone not to support them and there is absolutely nothing wrong with supporting them, they are a great visual novel publisher.

It’s the same server where the adult patches and update patches files (for the auto-updater they use) from nekonya are hosted, just a false positive.

This may shock you, but NekoNyan and Mangagamer can both suck. Saying Mangagamer sucks is just using whataboutism to deflect. I’m quite skeptical a NekoNyan game is free of woke garbage considering their use of manspreading and other terms in the past. Hell, Renai x Royale has a patch to remove 115 instances of the word incel.
