For some reason I can’t save, unable to run locale to test, admin does nothing.

Works fine for me on Fedora via WINE. Could be some file/directory permission issue on Windows. E.g. if you have ransomware protection on Windows Defender enabled, it prevents most programs from writing any data to My Documents until you exempt it.
