it’s RPG Maker stuff, it’s not game content. If you want to translate it just use textractor to hook the game.
Or if you want to actually translate the gam you can use tools to decrypt it and open it with RPG Maker and modify stuff from there.
The actual game data like interface and dialogue is in the www/data folder.

Can someone explain to me what the locales folder (language .pak files) in these are for if not to translate the game?
