It's missing the Natsumi Obata chapter, Reika Kurashiki chapter, and both of the "Practical Pregnancy Experience Counseling" chapters(all four of these are two to four years old at this point). It's also missing ALL of the full color covers you get with the individual releases.
The 'new' content is four full color pages at the beginning, some prequel pages added to the end of four or five of the chapters, a 22 page gangbang chapter, 10 page threesome chapter, and some character stat sheets. (A lot of this is actually pretty old; Japanese raws and fan translations have been floating around for one to two years at this point).
Since this is named "Compilation 1" it implies Irodori is going to try selling the excluded content in another pack lol. Pretty funny considering how most of it is.

it's actually an accurate translation of the Japanese Tankoubon "Saimin Seishidou Soushuuhen 1" that compiled Chapters 1/2/2.5/2.75/Yuu Nozaki/3 in that specific order coupled with those extra content.
As of now Aiue Oka have yet to release the Second Compilation (or maybe they have but is yet to have it's raws scanned for uploading) whichever the case may be, this IS based on the original work.

I was actually working towards recompiling it with an unofficial scanlation of the bonus pages which had left out the Yuu Nozaki extras but this is far better for me.
And as a tankoubon compilation inevitably some things would end up on the cutting floor but you can pick and choose for yourself what you want to keep from the single doujin versions to ease your completionist itch.
@Nutikal I guess the poor value started upstream then lol. Still doesn't change this is pretty lackluster. If I was actually going to pay for a porn compilation I'd at the very least expect 100% of the content from the chapters they're compiling. Not including the color covers from the individual releases is egregious in my opinion, especially considering they expect money for this. I wonder what the actual reason for not including the covers was; whether it was incompetence, forgetfulness, or something else entirely.

Those Color Covers are either put in another way as either Black+White intro pages, appended full page bonus artworks version with no text or fonts, tastefully added into the new Tankoubon Cover (which is usually what happens with most of those Kairakuten monthly Covers) or left out completely.
If you look at the original Tank Spread Cover, those Color Pages are collaged in the side leaflet, if FAKKU had done the packaging they would have included the Spine+Leaflet for sure.
So I stand corrected that yes, Irodori did leave something out...😂
Sasamori Tomoe"s "Sleeping with Succubus" doujin series already has 2 Compilation tankoubons with all the selected Chapters (and Bonus Comiket
Books) introducing each chapter in 1/4 Letterbox Black and White Pages, no color.
Shindou has an original tankoubon with his Mating with Oni series combined with his other original doujins but later spun off the Mating series as an exclusive Compilation re-issue.
It's the nature of the market..
@Nutikal That's why pirating is usually the best option. Hard to feel ripped off if you didn't pay in the first place lol. And this isn't the first time Irodori left out or forgot something. In the "Imaizumi brings all the gyarus to his house" series they forgot some extra epilogue pages for the first or second chapter.
If you're going to pay money for something, you should get the best possible version or experience. The same or slightly better than the dudes doing it for free or for small commissions in their spare time at exhentai and nhentai is simply pathetic. And I know none of the main uploaders at exhentai would forget anything, and even if they did they'd fix it within a week.
@BrianCrowe of all the Scanlator uploads right now, my favorite are RedLantern. The Quality of their translation/cleaning/use of fonts is the best and just as good as fakku in my opinion. They mostly do Doujins and the occasional oneshots but I'm looking forward to seeing their first unofficial fully translated Tankoubon because I know the finished product will be god tier. 😁
Doujins (formerly Doujin Moe) is a close second but they lose points because they maddeningly tend to leave out some pages in their new works so I double check to make sure I'm not missing anything, especially when it comes to doujins (obviously) and they hardly change their font style in almost every book..
