Just in case, you need to use archiver with supporting Japanese encoding (example: Bandizip) in order to unzip this file correctly.

@Juke-Kun, use archiver with support Japanese encoding (like Bandizip) or do this: Control Panel > Region and Language > Administrative > Language for non-Unicode programs > Change system locale > Japanese (Japan)
