I cant get it to load on Windows 10, have changed the System Locale to Japanese, but it keeps displaying a blue screen with words and an error dialog box

Hayato2021, check this YouTube video and make sure you changed system locale to Japanese properly: 3PUkcn8QbnE(paste code in google) If you still can’t run it, try Locale Emulator. I never used emulators though, only changed system locale to Japanese and never had any problems running Japanese VNs.

Locale Emulator worked fine for me. I’ve only encountered a couple games it didn’t work on. Of course if it’s a Japanese only installer the system locale needs to be changed.

Same issue as Hayato also. But I use Win7 and a frequent VN reader so I already changed my system locale to JP. I realized that the dialog box pertains to datasc.ksd. Because of this, I tried to borrow the same file from a friend. After pasting the new file, now the error pertains to datasu.ksd. Borrowed the same file from a friend again and now the game works. Now I have a game with my friend’s savefiles but I can’t save or load anything. Tried reDLing the torrent but it didn’t work for me

Just tested it on another PC and I don’t have any problems with saving or starting the game. datasc.ksd and datasu.ksd are not corrupted for me. I tried deleting datasc.ksd and datasu.ksd, the game created new ones and still no problems saving. What you can try is moving the game folder to another location, like the root directory of C or see if the said files are checked as read-only and remove the check.
