1. You need to change system locale to Japanese.

2. TL notes:

• Important! Glans is the head of a dick, i.e. the mushroom esque top. So “licking my glans” would be “licking the tip of my dick” essentially, but more precise. This word is used a lot so it’s good to know what it means.
• Googling frenulum would be wise too.
• I know that sometimes the text overflows from the textbox. If it’s readable then I don’t really mind, not worth it to fudge the translation to look slightly more pretty.
• One word for sex (sei) in Japanese is pronounced the same as holy (sei). There are lot of puns on this.
• Sound effects like sucking and kissing are translated literally (chuu -> kiss), whereas other, more nuanced onces with no easy equivalent are not (such asjururururu). The SFX read the same why in Japanese literally so I don’t think this makes the script worse (or better) since it’s just sounds. Turning “chuu” to kiss does improve it however due to being a recognizable action.
