Shaun: As far as I know the English patch works only with the DVD version(or virtual disc mounted) of the game. It asks you for a game cd before first play, then saves a specific information about your PC in global.sav file so you wont need to perform the CD check more than once. Also, it looks like the current patch is not compatible with the append scenarios(https://vndb.org/r32491). If you have the full version of the game with the append scenarios, the English patch will overwrite the game files and will make the append scenarios unplayable(disappear from the main menu). Next project for the translation team after finishing with Tsujidou-san no Jun’ai Road is the translation of the append scenarios. I can post a link for the game DVDs if you want. Prepatched version is possible, but you’ll still need the DVDs to sart the game(unless someone can crack the exe from the English patch). For now I’ll wait for the translation of the append discs.

Yup, it’s not easy to find on nyaa using the seach, becase of its title. Pornolab probably have the best seed, but I think it requires registration.

You have to to use torrents on rutracker, you can use the magnet link but you’re limited on seeders.

I tested magnet link only and I still have pretty good speed.
You basically need only the DVDs. If you can download the nyaa torrent, then you only need the append disk. It is a free download from the official game site: https://vndb.org/r32491

Looks like the crack is unnecessary, not sure if the append disc option is available.

The crack from RuTracker is only for the original exe. The translation team made an exe of their own. Looks like steam emulator exe.

So that’s why it stops responding when I attempt to use it and I’m not able to run it at all due to a dill error which I fixed by copying the patches over again.

Yes, the English patch uses different Scene.pck file. That file overwrites the one you need for the append discs. Only the original exe is working with the original and the append Scene.pck files.

After story, yes, I think that’s what it is.
