Hi,bluergost! HEVC 10bit would be a little better then others,but there is always no good quality of all these videos because of the bad secondary processed videos sources we had to use
Yeah,the quality of videos seems to be deteriorated,but things are just not as what you think…you know,we use Waifu2X to process the vidoes for image Super-Resolution and denoising.It may make screens more clean however,it does more damages(You can try Waifu2X in high-denoising model by yourself later,and see how terrible it is)So,we now just use another one Instead of Waifu2X.Of course,it’s also based upon CNN,and…it beta now,denoising can not be done well…but you can believe it wil be far beyond Waifu2X in someday.

In recent months, I see that the quality of AVC videos has dropped sharply, sometimes the image’s disgusting. Meh.
